  • Payment may be made by credit / debit cards listed on the shopping cart.
  • Orders will not be processed until full payment is received.
  • We endeavour to fulfill orders as quickly and as efficiently as possible. Usually we despatch orders on the same day or the next working day. Should there be a delay in sending out goods, ( ie. waiting for new stock to arrive ), we will keep the customer fully informed by email / telephone. Delivery times stated are approximate and we cannot guarantee to deliver within any specific time period.
  • All weights of items, as stated, are approximate.
  • UK Distance selling Regulations give you the right to cancel your contract to purchase any items you may order within seven working days of the date the product was delivered to the stated delivery address. If you wish to exercise this right you must notify us by contacting Alternative Polperro by email at Enquiries@alternativepolperro.co.uk within the seven day working period and then promptly return the goods to us at your own cost. All items returned must be in original condition. We do not accept partial returns of a particular product so please be sure to order the required amount. Please also be aware that we do not accept refunds for patterns or books due to the copyright material within them
  • If a return is made, the purchaser is responsible for all postal costs – we strongly recommend that returns are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility should your returns go missing.

  • Customers anywhere other than the UK shall be responsible for any local taxes, customs charges, or any other charges, that the country they are receiving the order, may impose.
  • No order will be deemed to constitute a contract of sale, irrespective of means of payment, until the goods have been despatched to the buyer. All items are sold as seen and are assumed to be in good condition by both us and the customer.
  • Liability of alternativepolperro.co.uk shall in no circumstance exceed the original value of the goods. Alternativepolperro.co.uk cannot accept liability for injury or negative consequence of using any of the products it sells.
  • The contracts from the sales of goods by alternativepolperro.co.uk shall be subject to and governed by English law.
  • Alternativepolperro.co.uk is not V.A.T. registered.
  • All of our terms and conditions may be changed at any time without notice.
  • Placing an order with alternativepolperro.co.uk is an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
